Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you received the edible image, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed after deducting a RM2 service charge. The remaining balance will be credited into your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please provide proof by taking picture of the defective product and send to 60105527494
